This step will also reduce the production of sub-products. When filtering organic and inorganic process ingredients, we recommend using our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalfilter.com\/en-eu\/filtration-products\/pleated-depth-cartridges\/polypropylene\/\">pleated depth cartridge (PP-Series)<\/a> with a 0.2-micron rating and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalfilter.com\/en-eu\/filtration-products\/pleated-membrane-cartridges\/polyethersulfone\/\">PES membrane cartridge<\/a> for microbial retention. Global Filter recommends a pre-filtration step to prevent the pleated membrane cartridges from clogging too quickly in case of high solid loading. For solvent filtration, we recommend using our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalfilter.com\/en-eu\/filtration-products\/pleated-membrane-cartridges\/ptfe-filter\/?utm_source=app&#038;utm_medium=website&#038;utm_campaign=tank\">PTFE<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalfilter.com\/en-eu\/filtration-products\/pleated-membrane-cartridges\/nylon-filter\/\">Nylon 6,6<\/a> cartridges depending on the aggressiveness of the solvent and chemical compatibility with the materials of construction.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-filtration-after-chemical-reaction\">Filtration After Chemical Reaction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During the chemical reaction, sub-products are often generated and need to be retained. Retention of these sub-products will help improve the purity of the final product. For this step, we recommend using Global Filter&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalfilter.com\/ghls-series\/\">pleated depth cartridge (GHLS-Series)<\/a> to remove what are often deformable particles. For this stage, we recommend using our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalfilter.com\/en-eu\/filtration-products\/high-flow-cartridges\/\">high flow pleated cartridge (HFB-Series)<\/a>. Due to the inside-to-outside flow design, all contaminants are captured on the inside of the element, avoiding potential contamination of the filtered products during change-out.
