Tyler Carlson is Global Filter’s North American HR Manager and has been with the company since 2023. He currently leads our human resources activities and is based at our headquarters in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Tyler began his career as an HR Generalist at Timberline Manufacturing before transitioning to lead human resources activities at KT Pacer as their HR Business Partner. He graduated from the University of Iowa, Tippie College of Business, with a degree in Business Management – Human Resources.
Tyler is a subject matter expert with a proven track record of deploying human resources programs to drive organizational development and employee engagement. He is an effective and tenacious change agent, focused on talent acquisition, engagement & culture, professional development, and onboarding & training to achieve business results.
